Billing Policy
At MedKey Medical and Skin Cancer Clinic, we are committed to providing accessible, high-quality medical care for all our patients. As a bulk-billing practice, we ensure that eligible consultations and services are covered by Medicare, so you experience no out-of-pocket expenses.
Services That May Attract Additional Fees
Some specialised services may require additional charges, including:

If a fee applies, you will be informed at the time of booking. Payments can be made via cash, EFTPOS, or credit card.
Cancellation and Non-Attendance Policy
We kindly request that you notify us at least 3 hours prior to your scheduled appointment if you need to cancel or reschedule. A non-attendance fee of $40 (incl. GST) will apply for missed appointments or late cancellations.
